Trending @HCL; 8 yrs of total exp & 5 yrs of exp in hcl, still ctc is 9lpa, without offer letter in hand, how to negotiate for salary normalization

I don't think there is point in raising this issue with manger,sdm or HR, even if you are critical resource if you ask for normalization. Same thing happened to me as well. Sdm agreeded my concern , however he cannot do anything, blaming L4,HR and bigger team
After 6months of multiple tries I got another offer and guess what happened !!! They were ready to match the salary🤪, but i rejected.

Whenever u get released from your proj dont take any other proj. U ill get time to give interview and negotiate there better. And u will also get early release if u resign during bench period.

Currently there is no chance of salary negotiations. After 2021-22, HCl stopped any negotiations.

what the fuck u have done all these years , so better keep quite. because now you cant negotiate with attitude u have.

First thing get an offer and negotiate unless with a counter offer they won't give you hike
