Trending @HCL; 3 years in HCL with no hike

It’s been 3 years with HCL and I haven’t received any hike. Should I still wait for next year for hike or I should move on?

I got a hike and I am still planning to move on,
Because the hike they are giving is very small,

So even if they will give you a hike in the 4th year, it will be a slow pace in your career..So move on
