Trending @Cognizant; YEA ratings out when?

YEA rating is a joke in congnizant... Ratings are given by the manager who does not know anything about the project and works...a typical useless system..I have seen many useless things in Cognizant..doubt how long this company will survive on the basis of dumb lobby staff.. micro management, long shifts, no proper network, no good food, .....there are many NOs... Management must be knowing all issues but still doing nothing

From Jan 19th it will start reflecting in goperfom, and edit option will be available until Feb 19th. After the 19th finalize. March 15 gonna get veriable pay by the rating
