I worked as an Associate for three years. I had the worst experience in Cognizant and I will say the same to everyone getting offers from here. If you want to be in a company that only cares about clients and treat you like modern slaves then go ahead. Completely toxic work culture. Managers dont give two shits about employees even if its thier career at stake. Ratings and hikes are close to zero. If you cant lick ur managers shoes don’t join Cognizant.
