When you are using RTO as a mandatory criteria for promotion, Year end review and all, the least you as a company can do is provide good fucking infrastructure, the chairs are not maintained, no seats available, the internet speed sucks, when you don’t have the needs for employee satisfaction, can’t you just let us WFH.

I have visited the cognizant office at a Noida location multiple times, but every time I faced this kind of the issue. I told my manager there is an internet issue, the manager thought I was not interested in the project and he escalated those things.
