Trending @Cognizant; Worrying about PA to A promotion.
Since last September trying to get the Associate promotion but due to my bad luck or something else I didn't get it. In this Q1 quarter I had a hope but I am seeing some rumors bad thoughts were coming to my head. Always thinking about the associate promotion.... I don't know when this thought will be removed into my mind. Still praying for the god, to remove these thoughts. Any idea when this Q1 will happen. Please provide the correct information!! Please .
Any how did your manager tell you He has your name on that freaking list!

I am too having similar thoughts, even after performing well due to some internal politics i work hard for each project didn't got much appreciation, this time I am hoping for promotion , even after performing so well in my previous project working more than 12 hrs my manager was telling so nice things in front of me but he was giving negative comments that I am not performing to SM, but my senior manager and my current project manager is giving positive feedback about my work, thats the only hope .
Still confused whether I will be getting promoted or not.
Trying to learn new skills and applied 500+companies, not getting interview calls.
Don't know what I should do what I need to focus now.
Same here bro, But don't stress about it much, Either way you have to move ahed, So skill up apply for jobs outside, Switch
At the end of the day it's upto you, don't get stuck, Apply outside As soon as you get something good, Go Your promotion will happen here eventually Use it to negotiate future company offers
