Trending @Cognizant; Working in devops (now support) need help to upskill.

Hi guys, I have been working here from jan 2024. I was in data engineering working on hadoop previously when i came here i got an opportunity to work on automation (devops) but all i have done here is solve there issues on kafka and docker swam after creating pocs now basically i dont have any work in this project but i am new to devops field and dont want to take bench until i am confident enough. I have learned techs like jenkins docker kafka and kubernetes and deployed my own projects. So i have not work on any dev project for devops so i don't know what work do they get day to day. I have only learning exp but reality is always a bit different so if anyone can help me to understand what and how should I upgrade or learn so that i feel confident to move into this field. If anyone have project architecture (realtime) so that they can share with me so that I can learn from that and be ready for next interview. I tried contacting several times to give me project architecture that i am working but no luck he doesn't respond and there have been no kt for project Even after asking sever times instead i am the one they are asking to teach them docker and kafka. So i need help for this situation 🙏
