Hi All,
Anyone has received any email stating wfo for 4+days a week
I am seeing so many mixed WFO guidelines, I see in grapevine some are getting mandatory 4 days mail, mandatory 3 days mail, I for one have never received any mail but verbally being asked to come to office for atleast two days. My friend who is in another project has not at all asked to come to office, no email nothing. What is happening?
It's solely based on the project/client requirements. If the project insists only wfh, then all good.
But if you haven't received any email about wfo, then you need to come for minimum 3 days/week
@NeonnGreen Wait till today Friday evening or EoD, your friend shall also get it! It's getting rolled out in batches. I got it y'day late evening while my team mate got it y'day morning. CTS Office network is literally bad unlike pre-covid days. Wifi is ultra unstable. Also can't complain on this RTO/WFO rat race 'Chuthiyaapa' by the new CEO.. There is pressure by govt. to companies as well on pretext of not providing SEZ discounts in case of WFH. So to boost real estate & spend economy by forcing people to come out of home towns & stay at work City, this WFO is being shoved on us. Also why will any company care for its employees welfare? Revenue & Profit are indeed the sole motto rite? 😀😉

I received a similar mail 4days/week. I'm not sure whether to come or not coz none of my team members are going to office. Not even my manager
