I am fresher recently onboarded to project my assigned work model is 2 days hybrid but my manager is asking to come for 5 days what should I do
Just go first few days then he'll stop bothering. Even if he bothers don't listen. He's not on your side. He'll never help you when you actually need.
Try to search for another better opportunity, that will be best for you
If you don't have any issues report to the office.. check the project environment and management, teammates. Check how many days they are reporting then slowly you can reduce reporting days as other people do. If it's not good then try to change the project. But remember if you joined project as fresher they won't release you till 18 months completed.
Prepare and switch switch switch...... don't stay here....look for startup or product based company......you will grow more over there than here in service company......
Go to the office lol, if not the manager will create issues in rating/etc
