Trending @Cognizant; Will my promotion going to get affect due to leave?
Is my promotion to A level will be affected as in whole April I was on leave for 8 days and on approved WFH for 2 weeks? And from Feb to now I am visiting office twice a week sometimes and thrice also. My manager told me that my name is in the eligible list along with other members, and he gave my name along with other member's name to HR. Any idea that this time I will definitely be getting promoted?
If your name is in the eligible list then you will definitely get it, if you go on leave also.
Applying more leaves will result in less billabilty which in turn leads to less Utilization. So in a way if we are in too many leaves it may affect
