18moTrending @Cognizant; Will most of the service based companies be like this?
Moved to another project. Here also the situation is the same. No clear picture of what needs to be done. The manager gives deadlines and there is not enough documents to understand the user story.
Is this only CTS or most of the service based companies? What should I do in that case?
Sorry Cognizant is my first service based MNC. I moved from Tier 2 city to tier 1 work in these mncs.

It depends more on yur luck. Each company have many projects and different type of people. If u r lucky, u will get colleagues and it would be easier to live. But policies, more or less it's same
