Trending @Cognizant; Will cognizant give promotion in this cycle?

I completed 2 years with cognizant today. I am eligible for pa to a promotion. My manager is also willing to recommend me for promotion but she says she did not receive any email for promotion and in go perform also the recommend button is not enabled yet. Did cognizant delay the promotion cycle as well? Or is it an auto promotion?
