Can someone explain me the process of WiFi reimbursement and if I am eligible or not. Joined as a PAT but now a PA

Your manager need to approve you to eligible for reimbursement
you need to make wifi bill payments from the credit card you added in your mypay
you also need to send an email to your bank to share the statement with cognizant so that your transactions will reflect in mypay->broadband reimbursement
then from every month from 1st to 10th you need mark the payment as broadband and official to get it eligible for reimbursement.

Will take sometime.. More imp reimbursement won't credit along with salary so after all the don't worry as it is not credited, it is separate and you will after 20th of every month.
