Can we add wifi reimbursement money to any wallet through CC like Amazon pay wallet and claim it as reimbursement.?

It was possible last financial year. This year even if you make payments to broadband through third party apps like Amazon pay , MobiKwik etc will not be considered
Only transactions through service providers like jio,airtel ,Act etc are considered for transactions getting reflected in MyPay
