Trending @Cognizant; Wifi reimbursement doubt
I made my credit card transactions for wifi on feb 12 . But till now there are no transactions reflected in mypay. Tell me when it will be reflected.
You should be receiving an email before 12th of every month. Then you can go and check in mypay. Incase if you are not receiving any emails regarding broadband reimbursement it means your CC has been not mapped to the company.
But I got a mail that it is mapped and also whenever indo the transactions with credit card I used to get a otp for company mail
check my pay page, click on each transaction page to get the transaction details which you want to claim as they are not updating the transaction in a sorted manner. If still you are unable to see the transaction raise a gsd and they will manually upload the transactions
Raise GSD Immediately after 10th of every month if it doesn’t shows
It should have been reflected by 10th March. Raise gsd
