Trending @Cognizant; Why for QEA HC domain is getting less package. All QEA are joined with same package but after promotion why package is getting varied?

All QEA domains have a package of less than 6 lpa..
QEA is the lowest paid BU in cognizant.

ADM is also getting low package of 6 lpa only

Yeah why QA HC domain is getting less package other domain are getting more than 6LPA....
