Trending @Cognizant; Why designation got changed from P to Analyst ?

Analyst is same designation as Programmmer, from this year onward it got changed from P to A with 3.1lpa package. PT became AT with 2.83 lpa package against previous Package of 2.5lpa. 🫠

Same question from my end as well. If we were getting promotion then it should be P to PA. Why they changed it to A? If anyone knows pls feel free to answer.
