CTS has shown a lot of promise in the past. But the fact that I have to tell my manager that client should pay for my headphones, mouse, and other IT Assets! Oh, and I need to tell client to pay for my metro shuttle (5k/mo) that takes me 1.5kms from metro to office and back on the 12 days I visit office.....
No goodies, accessories, no bag, nothing. NP for 90 days, JB after 90 days that is refundable if one leaves before 12 months. VCDP demand of working from office 5 days a week for 9+ hrs a day (we're allowed 10 hrs top up every 2 weeks for WFH).....
Why is the organisation so determined to make employees suffer? I mean, they have denied access to so many useful websites and getting a training is close to impossible if your BU doesn't need it. My managers work on their weekends, holidays, and every other day morning to night. I'm afraid that when I ask for a leave, they'll expect me to be on calls and be participating.
I'm having the feeling that those people who have no other resort are the ones that will stay and run this company soon. And it is a horrifying thought. I overheard a Director yelling at an Associate because they didn't present well. Here's the worst part - she couldn't speak one line in English and kept throwing in Tamil words in the middle. Her "only English" lines would be referred to as assassination of grammar. But it didn't deter her from passing comments anyway.
This makes me feel so sad. Its like monkeys are choosing donkeys to work as horses. Do you think you're happy with the way you are treated? Is there anything positive to look forward to? Or do I jump the next chance I get?
