Trending @Cognizant; Whom to complaint if you are desatisfied with your rating

You have to raise Grievance to HR…then they will schedule call with Your Manager and respective director and Associate Director…then you have to explain in call why you deserve good rating than provided

Suggestion:Don’t waste time with this..they just follow process which will not yield anything … it happened with one team member at my manager told him better you look outside
