Trending @Cognizant; Which year learning goals will they consider while promoting for this quarter. Please help.

Actually 2024 learning goals are not updated for me on portal even after completion of 90%. Due to this reason last time I didn’t get promotion. Now I have completed 2025 learning goals and percentage is 100%. Is it possible to consider 2025 learning. Iam eligible all the criteria if they consider this year learning goals instead of 2024.
