I got an offer in Sopra Steria with 9.75 LPA and 12.5 LPA(including variable pay 1.1LPA) in Ford for mainframe developer. Which company will be best in compare futuristic goals. Share your suggestions. My YOE is 3.6 in Cognizant.

Decide on below factors:
- Who's giving you more fixed(leave variable out of the equation)
- Wfh/wfo who is giving what and your personal preference
- Stability
- Technology Stack and profile(it should ideally be point 2)
