Trending @Cognizant; Which leaves are encashed in FnF and How PF & leaves amount are claimed?

I've a total of around 52 leaves, out of which around 28 are earned leaves. For FnF, how can I encash it?

And for PF too, is there anything extra we need to do to claim?

You earned leaves will be encashed only HR will take care of this but also ask or remind the hr that is have this much of earned leaves. For pf once you exit the company they will update the exit date in epfo then you can merge it in new company’s pf
