Trending @Cognizant; When will we get a e-letter for the default PA to A promotion

Joined cts as PA on 13 sep 2022, last two ratings are 4,5. Billable from the last 1.5 years. I have fulfilled all criteria but HM didn't nominate me. I was not happy but last Sunday on 1c my designation got changed to A from PA. When will we receive e-letters? And from which month we will get an increased salary?
