Trending @Cognizant; When will the promotion cycle for PA to A will begin for Q2 2025?

It will be automatic And will be based on the following criteria

RTO >= 10 days a month Rating >=3 Billability >= 75% ( the higher the better ) Learning goals of previous year should be completed

It should be completed by July end.

The process is automated , HR will get a list of eligible employees from the system and share with higher management, when they will approve , HR will publish the list and the system will change designation and myPay details by the end of July.

And what will be the eligibility criteria for the Q2 ? Could any one help on this..
