My joining date was 22-oct 2022, I now have completed 30months and have 4rating during both year end reviews also the utilisation is green. When will I be promoted to associate as my friend who joined in sep 2022 was promoted recently?

Note: I haven’t followed 3days work from office.

30 months,Utilization and minimum 3 rating is the criteria and for your doj you will be promoted in july
