Trending @Cognizant; When can I expect to actually get work in a project?

I joined CTS as PAT in September 2023 and have been billable since Dec 2023 under a life science project but to this date I have no work assigned to me. I have been doing certification and skilling up working on self projects but at the end of the day I feel so drained as I am just passing my time without actual real world project experience. Someone told me all the PDP PAT's are assigned to this particular account (project) I don't know if that's the case. The managers keep telling me they'll let me know when there's a requirement but i still don't see any sign. I am also trying to apply for other companies but finding junior data engineering jobs is very tough for me because I have no real experience other than my self learning and hands on. What should be my next step? Any guidance would be appreciated. ಥ⁠‿⁠ಥ
