I am a BSC CS graduate working in Cognizant from the past 3 years 7 months I got promoted from PT to P in feb 2023 then P to PA in April 2024. Then when can I expect my promotion from PA to A. Please let me know.

I think it's around 24 months as a PA. If the policy hasn't been changed recently, you may be eligible by apr 2026.
