Trending @Cognizant; What would happen if we get constant 2 ratings after joining cognizant?
I joined cognizant in Feb 2023. Last year I got 2 ratings. If this year I get 2 ratings, then will I be in trouble? If yes then what would be the trouble?
You might be put into a Performance improvement plan, at the end of which hr and manager will deliberate if you can be retained or not
But what if I get release before getting second rating 2 and changed to a different client/project? Will they still put me in pip
There is something called a project end appraisal (pea) make sure you get that done properly. Also if your rating is not fair in your new project or your new pm is not considering pea you can always raise it to hr before you accept the rating in go perform.

I too got same rating and completed 2 years. Do i get promotion and how much i can expect increment. Last year one of my teammate got doubled her salary after completing 2 years experience with 3 rating.
