Get a credit card, go to my pay then to broadband reimbursement and Link your credit card details there and submit it. And then make payment through your credit card. Every month 10th it will be reflected in your my pay mobile broadband reimbursement page. From there you can submit your claim

I have added my credit card details already, once i make a payment through a credit card it will be automatically captured that's what you said right?

Are we still getting it? Because my manager told me that cognizant has stopped reimbursement for broadband

You need to get any ICICI, AXIS, HDFC Credit card and get it registered with their respective POCs by sending email. POC list you can get from HR
