Trending @Cognizant; What to choose

Could you spare a minute? I have been working on a support project at Cognizant for the last 2 years. I have a basic understanding of Python and SQL. I am thinking of upskilling myself, but I am confused about what to choose. Should I focus on PySpark/Databricks, machine learning, or data science completely? I am also unsure whether I should learn machine learning first, then PySpark, or the other way around. I am at a crossroads
