Trending @Cognizant; What’s a PEA Request in GoPerform?

Hi all, Few days ago I asked my lead to raise a release request for me but she was not ready to release me initially then suddenly She asked me to raise a PEA request in GoPerform and mark deliverables as completed before initiating. When I asked why, she said it’s for YEA comment visibility.

I’m not sure what exactly PEA is or why we need it. Does anyone know what it means and what it’s used for? Please reply if someone knows.
