Trending @Cognizant; What is the procedure for PA to A promotion

My total years of experience in cognizant is 2 years, I have joined as a fresher. I got 4 rating while promoting from PAT to PA and got 5 for year end rating. When can I expect the next promotion to Associate.

In July you will get the mail if your HM has nominated your name for Q2 quarter.

Congrats for your 5 rating, Associate promotion depends on 2 Major constraints

you need to have 3 and above rating
Project billablity percent for the last 12 months - It need to be more that 50%
If you have cleared this constraints then your eligible for Associate promotion

Associate promotion will happens for every quarter, suppose if your 2 years completed on Jan then you will be promoted after 1st quarter ie: after march

Note: Remind you Home manger for promotion
