I joined CTS with 25 lpa, but right after that I got 40 lpa offer. Shall I complete 2 years here to keep consistency in my career switch?

Check with your manager whether they are interested in retaining you with the market package. If not interested better to switch. Don't think about 2 years of consistency in working in the same company. If somehow, you were fired before completing 2 years then are you not going to accept this offer?
