Trending @Cognizant; What is the difference between PDP and ADP ?

PDP VCDP - No bench ageing (30days)
ADP - Bench ageing starts (35days + extension for some days and then termination)

In TMP for me it is showing ADP policy exempted. How many days I will have when I will be in PDP.

These are unnecessarily useless segregation..I have seen it for the first time. These are timepass practices to keep lobby staff busy.. all are buffer resources only.. but some are not on the bench. Non bench buffer zone for lobby staff and others can go directly on the bench..
