After completing 2 years, aging may start. Aging start day may vary from day 1-30 (from 2 years completion).
After the aging starts, you will get 35 days including weekends and holidays. Then as you are PA, you will get 7 days extension. Then you will get another 7 days extension. That means total is 35+7+7=49 days. So on the Aging-50 you may get the show cause notice mail. But the show cause notice mail also carries from Aging-50 to Aging-58 days. After the show cause notice, you will get 2 more days. Then you will get HR mail for leaving Company
