Your HM has to nominate you. For PA to A it should not be that difficult. There is enough quota for that. Keep reaching out to your HM

Thank you @3prcnt_merit_worker , I have joined as FTE in oct 30th 2022. After October will it show that I am eligible and if my manager nominates me for the promotion when will I get promoted in November month or next year? Please explain.
