My project manager told me you may go for a rotation aa you have spent 3yrs in this project. Can someone please tell me what is rotation?

Rotation - They will release you from the project and some one will be hired for your role.

Depends upon your manager. He may already find some position in different account. If not, he will release you and you need to find another project.
