Trending @Cognizant; What is "Mass SO assignment creation notification" ?

I am in the same project from past 2.5 years, I have been moved for different billings under the same project, and one of the project allocation date is ending on 31st March, and re assigning into the old allocation, so am I getting because of that??

Also I was chasing up for promotion & being nominated, is this because of that ??
