I got release without any prior communication. I got allocated to VCDP. I have almost 2 years of experience and not getting tagged to any project. If anyone has vacancy please let me know.

See I joined after my internship here at Cognizant in Dec 2022. I got tagged to project but today I got released and now I m in pdp pool
that means you are yet to complete 2 years, so your ageing won't start for now. it starts the very next day you complete your 2 years. keep trying on tmp, try directly reaching out to managers. hope you get allocated soon. also, create resume keep trying outside as well.
Don't reject any opportunity for any constraint. Be smart to get rejected by the manager.
For rejecting opportunities I should be receiving it 😂🤡
They will try to catch you by sending opportunities you don't like. Once you reject it, then they will start their process of termination.
Start texting all the project managers directly on teams . I went through a similar situation like this. I used to text project managers directly , if there's a vacancy they'll schedule a 1:1 tech call with you
