Trending @Cognizant; What if we didn't complete goal within 31st oct?

Guys actually I have chosen for a certification in my goal setting, but due to some issue I need to reschedule. But when I am rescheduling it ,there is no slot till 31st October, (but I need to do complete it by 31st). Any suggestions??

You can still choose course/project experience as mode of completion. Better to complete within 31st October. In case you choose 'project experience' just have a talk with your HCM because he will be evaluating you.

Shows 10th nov, still not clear is it 31st oct or 10th nov, may result in low ratings I guess.

Same for me, but in Go Perform, I see the last completion date is 10th Nov. Not sure which deadline is correct.
