Trending @Cognizant; What if HR asks me to Resign? Should I Resign or get Terminated?

My aging is 50 days. I will soon get a call from HR asking me to Resign. What should I do?

If I resign will she give me proper compensation? Like 3-5 months salary. My in-hand salary per month is 1.3lakhs. If I don't resign and I get terminated. Will it trouble me with future companies? The other company would know I was fired. Will it have a negative impact? People on YouTube are saying that it is better to get terminated considering compensation. But what about if another company asks for a Resignation email?

I would suggest take this deal and look for another job. Reason I am saying this is because it is financially benefitting, you will get a job in one month or so since you will be immediate joiner ask for joining bonus from other company. Cognizant's business is sinking so it's best to leave and move out.

If you chose to stay and go for show cause notice and all..First it is a very painful process, Hr will leave no stone unturned to do your mental harrasment by constantly doing things which will make your life miserable. And, if they go ahead with termination you will not get one month additional salary which they are giving right now.

So, in nutshell fighting for yourself here is a futile effort. They literally don't have enough projects. You will get a better package and better designation somewhere else. It's your win at the end :)

Termination will be big mistake, take 3-5 months salary and that will be plus for you as well. You will be immediate joiner so you will get lots of interview opportunities.

You tell the next company clearly that you don’t have a resignation letter before sitting in Interview. If they’re fine with it, you’re good to go. And look for the best reason on Internet to clarify ur stance as to why you were terminated or whatsoever

Ohh. Then I guess resignation is the better option.

Let me prep you up ! They are not beating around the bush now . Directly they are saying " if you put down your paper we will give you 3+1 salary and leave encashment " and if you don't accept this offer you won't get anything that's what she said !
