Trending @Cognizant; What happens if resign during maternity leave after 2 months of leave and I am ready to serve notice period as well

They won't let you serve notice period and also the benefit will end from immediate effect. Not sure why you are doing such thing - won't you require time to take care of baby

So after maternity leave, if we put papers, they will release immediately without need of serving notice period??

Hehehhehe ....what do you think will happen??? They will confiscate baby or what ????

They may decide to release you immediately.
