I'm serving notice period now. For me it was 3 days a week office earlier.

Yesterday received mail for 5 days ofc. For our client around 30 to 40 Employees got mail to go to ofc 5 days a week. Probably PA level got that mail not sure.

Since I'm in notice period, Do I need to follow that 5 days or i can do wfh ??

Do managers allow to do WFH since we cannot take leaves also.

I’m also serving my notice period and going to the office only for 3 days. If your manager approves your TruTime and timesheet, you’re good to work for 3 days. If not, it’s better to go to the office because if they don’t approve it, it will be considered as absent and your notice period might get extended. So, it all depends on your project manager.
