I have recently been released from a project, i will be on the bench from feb 19th. I'm unable to go to the office daily if I am on the bench due to my mom's health as I'm the caregiver. Is there any possibility of working from home during the bench period?
During bench period they have strict rules like 5 days WFO and maintaining 10 hours minimum. They also have two attendance calls one in the morning and one in the evening. If you have no option but to stay at home you can contact HR and ask since they are the ones monitoring everything during the bench period. Otherwise you can try to get into the next project early. Try applying through TMP and also attend upcoming project calls. You’ll start getting project calls even before your bench begins so try to get allocated to a project early. Once you’re on a project it’s much easier to ask for work from home from your project manager.
