What if we are doing one entire week WFH every 3rd or 4th month and all other days we are maintaining 3 days RTO?
What are the consequence for this if we are not 100% compliant or how much we should Follow RTO?
My manager told that we can't do even one week WFH without any critical medical condition readership are tracking weekly and no exception. What's your thoughts?
