I am doing work from home but due to new policy 3 days are compulsory to go office. Is any suggestion how to get WFH with same project?

They will not remove you for not doing work, but they will remove for policy breach.

Hey, do not take a chance. The RTO implications are serious and if you are not a critical resource then you are giving them a chance to lay you off

They are quite serious with RTO but you can talk to your HM

So my home manager has told for now you can work from home because we are in a transition phase, plus my timings are from 2-1030p. My project manager has not told anything and my time is getting approved. Is this okay ?

You will surely get a warning mail with defaulter list of every previous month in which you are not going to office.. My suggestion is try to join office as CTS is more focused on hybrid mode now. Join office to be in a safe zone..
