Trending @Cognizant; Ways to get a project?

I have joined in June 22 as a PA...from starting not allocated to any proper project and now in pdp for about 3 months..started applying in tmp but only rejections. HCM is also not giving any info about the project availability. Don't know what to do..help with some ideas to get projects here or trying outside is the only solution..
