Trending @Cognizant; Warning letter

Currently, I am on the bench and have received a Warning letter stating that I should continue to work from the office 5 days a week, which I am doing. However, I am unable to attend the office for two days in between for some reason. What should I do and is there any implication if I am in a project

If you’re in a project, follow project mandates for office/remote work. If you’re on bench, you have to be in office all 5 days, 9 hours. First HR step is loss of pay, next they might terminate.

It’s a real pain.

If you are on the bench and submit resignation, then also no notice period... they will release you in 3 days and pay for the notice period shortfall.

If they terminate, it would be good, isn't it?
No need to serve the entire notice period, is this correct?
