Trending @Cognizant; Warning letter

I am completely done with cognizant now. What is wrong with these people? They don’t give me any project from feb 2024 and still i have to attend office for all 5 days a week for 9 hours or more and i have been attending daily. Still i received a warning letter saying that i did not attend office yesterday. Not attending one day last week was my fault because i was not well i had typhoid still as i received an advisory letter i came back and started reporting in office again . Still they send warning letter that i do not report to office. Why recruit people when there are no projects and no work? I apologise if this hurts any employee feelings. I just wanted to vent out my feelings.
