Trending @Cognizant; Want release from the project
This project was auto-assigned, I want release from this project because the role does not match my skills which I trained for. I asked my manager to give me a release but the manager said that you didn't complete 18 months so I can't give you a release can anybody guide me on this? what I can do.
Get off the project or you'll waste your 2 years and learn nothing.Telling from my personal experience .Nobody can force you to work on something that is not your forté.Be blunt and demand a roll off.
You cannot be released from the project until you complete 18 months. The same is happening with me right now. My manager had raised release request twice but it got rejected by TMP stating that associate has not completed 18 months yet. Still finding the solution.

Yes .this was the problem for campus hire .you can't be released before 18 month .but just try to upskill your self in this time .This is what happened to me after that I moved to adp then to pdp ..which was bench after that it's very difficult to get project .tmp is worst .you won't get any project .just upskill and ask for someother role to your home manager
He is lying..you can get release. He is bluffing.
Go find new job ,you can't do anything CTS doesn't have good project or project with good future.
